Refund policy
We will happily accept any returns under the following guidelines:
Online sales only, goods must be returned unused, in original packaging and un-damaged; it is within the company’s discretion to refuse a refund if the goods are not in their original condition.
Goods will be assessed on return to our warehouse to ensure the above before a refund will be processed.
The cost to return all goods is the responsibility of the customer, we can assist with freight companies if required but all costs will be borne and paid for by the customer prior to collection. We will refund customers the cost of the goods, but not freight costs incurred when returning items to us.
Any damage occurred in transit while the goods are being returned is the responsibility of the customer and transit insurance may be a good option for the customer to consider.
You must notify us in writing via email within seven (7) days of receipt of the goods that you wish to return them.
It is within the company’s discretion a fee of up to 20% may be applied for costs associated with the return of the item.
Once items are unpacked from the original packaging they are deemed to be a completed sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, you will be notified of your refund.
NB. Your statutory rights are not affected.
